Responsibilities
- Achieve operational results
- Uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Achie health department standards
- Execute new initiatives, products, and equipment launches
- Ensure financial performance of each restaurant in sales and profitability within McDonald’s norms
- Achieve operational and budgetary goals, labor, and food costs
- Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald’s and franchise operational and company policies
- Develop Shift Managers to perform at the highest levels
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Prefered: Hamburger University graduates
- Minimum high school graduate preferred
- Positive “can do” attitude and problem-solving ability
- Flexible schedule with open availability and personal transportation
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Technology knowledge for navigating webpages for Franchise duties
Pay
Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly
