General Manager

Responsibilities

Achieve operational results.

Hold restaurants accountable to McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Achieve health department standards.

Execute new initiatives, products, and equipment launches.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Prefered: Hamburger University graduates.
• Minimum high school graduate preferred.
• Positive “can do” attitude.
• Ability to work various shifts each day of the week.
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications.
• Ability to make guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.

Pay

Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly.

Schedule

Full-time (45 hr weeks).
