General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Department Managers, and managing hiring and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve restaurant goals under the guidance of a leader
• Lead a team of Department Managers to improve restaurant performance
• Develop and coach Department Managers to enhance their departments' effectiveness
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a skilled team for future needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
• A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review industry
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
