General Manager

About the role

We are looking for experienced and driven leaders at the General Manager level who want to grow their career into more. General Management experience in a high volume restaurant is required, McDonald's experience is a definite plus!

Responsibilities

• Runs the business with a P&L mindset
• Manages a team of employees to ensure they are trained and performing at a high level
• Ensures food safety standards are met and maintained
• Develops and implements strategies to improve guest and employee experiences
• Works varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Proven track record of running a business
• Food Safety expert
• Team player willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
• Excellent organizational skills
• At least 1 year of General Manager experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
