Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and loss by following cash control.
• Maintain inventory, schedule labor, review financials, and take corrective action when needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop outstanding team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage McDonald’s brand standards alongside company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Management experience, at minimum - 3 years managing high-volume locations; McDonald’s preferred.
• Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant.
• A valid driver’s license, must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
