General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Department Managers, and managing various aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Setting and achieving restaurant goals under the guidance of a leader
• Leading a team of Department Managers to ensure they set and meet their own goals
• Coaching and directing Department Managers to improve their performance
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to support future needs

Requirements

• Previous McDonald’s General Manager experience, preferably in high volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review experience
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
