General Manager

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:

• Systems Manager: Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• Crew Manager: Ensuring the Guest Service, Sales Promotions, and Customer Service Procedures are executed well, organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Manager: Making sure the restaurant provides high-quality food and service, maintaining food safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Manager: Hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensuring Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions in corporate-owned restaurants.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment is required.

Pay

General Manager: $50,000 - $70,000
Area Supervisor: $60,000 - $100,000
