Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This includes:
- Setting the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve them.
- Leading a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older.
