General Manager

Lead the experience:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team
• Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding
• Conduct performance reviews and wage increases
• Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (Example: documenting, suspending, or terminating)

Administrative responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and motivate
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
• Set the tone: Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards

Competitive pay of $81,000 - $105,000 / year plus cash incentives
