General Manager

About the role

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job!

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve them
• Lead a team of Department Managers who have specific responsibilities in the restaurant
• Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a management team
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and drive results

Pay

Pay rate is $50k - $65k for certified General Managers.
