General Manager

About the role

The General Manager role at our McDonald’s Restaurants offers world-class training, high school completion courses, college tuition assistance, perks, and more. This position is for a General Manager role in a restaurant owned and operated by The Koury Family of McDonald's Restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant and ensures it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Works with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
• Leads a team of 3+ Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Makes sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.

Requirements

• Previous McDonald’s General Manager experience running high volume locations or experience in hospitality or retail.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
