We are looking for a General Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our team at DCH Tustin Acura. This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
• Drive store performance and customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 2-3 General Manager experience
• HGHLY PREFERRED: Strong Used Vehicle Manager experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams
• Solid working knowledge of computers and systems
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
