Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent guest service
- Hire, train, and develop team members to foster a positive, high-performing culture
- Create and manage schedules to optimize labor and meet business goals
- Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, team-focused environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, fast food, or drive-thru preferred)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- ServSafe certification preferred
