Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fitness or wellness setting, with a proven track record of driving member satisfaction and revenue growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances, are essential. A background in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule
The General Manager position requires working one weekend day and being present during key club moments.
