General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a full-service BOH operation, with a quick-service FOH model.
• Anchor the store as an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker, problem-solver, skilled communicator, and motivator.
• Execute day-to-day operations in alignment with core values and within budget for the store.
• Ensure food, beverage, and labor standards are met.
• Manage P&L and COGS, execute within budget, make decisions, improve processes, manage labor, train and develop teams, and ensure food quality assurance.
• Ensure safe food handling at a large scale.
• Coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage, and labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation.
• Communicate effectively with diverse staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in restaurant management.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred).
• Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift.
• Experience in managing P&L and COGS, executing within a budget, decision making, process improvement (lean, six sigma, EOS), labor management/scheduling, training & team development, and food quality assurance.
• Experience in ensuring safe food handling at a large scale.
• Manager’s Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager’s Certification).

Pay

$70,000 - $95,000+ per year
