What You’ll Do
If you love running a balanced business, growing a team, and creating an excellent guest experience, come work at Ladybird Taco. As the GM/Team Lead, you’ll oversee a full-service back-of-house (BOH) operation with a quick-service front-of-house (FOH) model. You’ll be the anchor of the store—an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker, problem-solver, skilled communicator, and motivator. Your responsibilities include:
- Executing day-to-day operations aligned with core values and store budget, with emphasis on food, labor, and supplies
- Managing P&L and COGS, ensuring profitability within budget
- Overseeing labor management, scheduling, and team development
- Maintaining food quality assurance and safe food handling at scale
- Coordinating multiple tasks (food, beverage, labor costs) while upholding operational standards
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in restaurant management
- Experience in fast-casual restaurant chains (preferred)
- Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
- Manager’s Food Safety Certification (ServSafe Manager’s Certification required)
- Strong communication skills for leading a diverse team
