About the role
The role of General Manager oversees all aspects of the business operations, including but not limited to managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in management roles.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in hospitality or similar industry preferred.
