Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and drive market growth.
- Supervise the marketing team to generate innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Oversight the creation of print and digital marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage the department’s budget and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and key strategic partners.
- Stay informed of advances in both the energy and marketing industries to foster innovation and ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or other senior marketing role, ideally in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with executives to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
