Who We Are Looking For
- 3–5+ years high-volume restaurant leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor %, food cost %)
- Experience building and retaining leadership teams
- Emotionally mature leaders who build alignment, not politics
- Long-term thinkers
