General Manager
About the role
The Mary Brickell Village shopping center is seeking a General Manager (GM) to oversee all property operations, including budgeting, capital expenditures, vendor management, and staff supervision. The GM will also manage tenant needs, enhance public relations, and generate additional revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for property operations
- Plan and execute capital expenditure projects
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners
- Supervise and train staff
- Respond to tenant needs and concerns
- Develop and maintain positive public relations with municipal and civic organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional revenue
- Maintain the condition of vacant spaces
- Coordinate the delivery and opening/closing of properties to tenants
- Implement and manage marketing programs, advertising initiatives, and property enhancements
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail property management
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans, including social media
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior enclosed mall experience preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The GM will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, typically 9 AM to 5 PM.
