About the role

This store is scheduled to open October 2026. The position is for the full-time General Manager of the store and bar concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Strive to create a customer-centric environment through a "customer is our boss" mentality. Teach WOW Service Principles to build strong guest connections with a goal of making a difference in every customer's day!
  • Drive Results: Expert at driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through WOW experiences. Create, manage, and own your store's business plan. Oversee the success of the store and bar locations. Create a strategy for the success of the bar and help build financial goals for each bar concept as they evolve in new markets.
  • Build Networks: Obsessed about recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team! Increase brand awareness by building strong relationships. Build unique connections with guests and organizations that further business growth and philanthropic goals. Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts that increase the brand's impact.
  • Believe in Developing Talent: Advocate for team growth and development. Explain, teach, and inspire daily! Focus on building skill and capability of those led to increase internal opportunities, retention, and organizational advancement. Believe in cultivating people and watching them flourish into their best selves!
  • Instill Trust: A person of your word. Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty and authenticity. Demonstrate integrity when making decisions, ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards, follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.

Articulate a clear and compelling message and provide consistent feedback through in-the-moment coaching, touchbases, development plans, and performance reviews. Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Current license to serve alcohol and food in your local state or ability to renew license before starting
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
