General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the retail store including operations, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule
