General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the store including operations, customer service, and staff management. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, with some evening and weekend shifts required
