General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to join the McDonald’s team! Whether you have worked for McDonald’s before or are coming from another restaurant in the QSR industry, we look forward to showing you what we have to offer!

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them
• Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant
• Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants or experience in hospitality or retail
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants
