About the role

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in management roles within the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
