About the role
As a General Manager at Jack’s, you will own a single store and oversee all aspects including sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
- Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
- Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
- Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
Requirements
- Energy: Warm, friendly vibe wherever you go
- Servant Leadership: Don’t ask your team to do anything you wouldn’t
- Flexibility: Multitask without breaking a sweat and can work 50-55 hours a week
- Conflict Resolution: Expertly navigate tough situations

- Food Safety: ServSafe certified (or similar)
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role
