About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
