General Manager

About the role

The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service, and effective use of human resources. This leader develops and maintains all hotel operations in line with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and control expenses to enhance overall hotel profitability.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Oversee all hotel departments, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards and company values.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high‑performing team.
• Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement best practices, operational policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Experience / Education

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred).
• College degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

• 90‑day performance review and ongoing supervisor feedback.

Pay

Salary range: $105,000 – $115,000 annually.
