Opportunity Overview The General Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple apartment communities within their portfolio. They ensure each property aligns with company policies, standards, and leadership expectations while delivering exceptional resident experiences. This role leads, coaches, and develops on-site teams and works closely with other departments to maintain high levels of customer service and resident satisfaction. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management5+ years of property management experienceStrong financial and analytical skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulationsState license (if required) in good standingValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWilling to travel up to 15%, including overnight staysRequirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
