About the role
The Homegrown Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of their premier restaurants. Located in Irmo, SC, Liberty on the Lake offers creative American cuisine, unique draft beer, and craft brews in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Works with all managers, front and back of house, to ensure the satisfaction of our team and guests
- Coaches and develops staff to excel and grow in their careers
- Analyzes and improves financial performance, boosting sales and foot traffic
- Creates action plans and goals for the management team
- Oversees inventories and reviews schedules, writing fair and balanced manager schedules
- Hosts parties for guests to create memorable experiences
- Embraces teamwork and contributes to a fun, inclusive workplace culture
- Manages finances, inventory, and schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Works flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of professional experience in restaurant general management, or equivalent
- Experience with Restaurant365 and Toast
- Ability to analyze financial reports and provide variance details
- Food handlers and alcohol safety certifications
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- Strong people management, communication, and listening skills
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for teaching others
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays

Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 per year (plus monthly bonuses)
