General Manager
Essential Functions
The General Manager will oversee and manage operational activities, assist in developing business strategies, and drive efficiency processes, organic growth, and customer base sustainability. The position focuses on Foreign Military Sales.
- Allocate budget resources
- Formulate policies
- Cook up business operations
- Motivate staff

- Ensure good customer service
- Improve administration processes

- Hire and train employees
- Identify business opportunities
- Monitor financial activities including margin analysis and reporting on operating profits
- Generate reports and give presentations
- May participate in proposal support functions due to expertise

Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time

- Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
Experience
- 5-10 years’ experience managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or master’s degree in business administration preferred
Education
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required
- Thorough understanding of federal acquisition processes as both a prime contractor and subcontractor; understands the special benefits of the 8(a) Tribal entity in the Federal Contracting environment
