About the role
The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service and maximization of human resources. The General Manager develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Maximize hotel value through revenue growth, expense control, guest service excellence, and human resource optimization
- Develop and maintain all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards
- Lead by example through effective listening, communication, initiative, and teamwork
- Exercise good judgment and discretion while displaying effective problem-solving skills
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain composure under pressure
- Multi-task effectively and display high-level professionalism, integrity, and follow-through
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership, management or supervisory experience preferred
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience required

Pay
$100,000–$110,000 per year plus quarterly bonus potential
