General Manager
The Greater Vallejo Recreation District invites applications for the position of General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing all operations of the Greater Vallejo Recreation District. This includes administrative services, financial management, park operations, and recreation programs. The General Manager serves as an ex-officio member of the Greater Vallejo Recreation District Park, Open Space and Recreation Foundation and fulfills the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Risk Manager for the District. In addition, the General Manager coordinates activities and fosters collaborative partnerships with public agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders, while providing highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Board of Directors.

- Not required: Direct parks and recreation experience

- Experience in providing administrative support to a Board of Directors preferred
