About the role

Located in the Gilroy Auto Mall and serving the South Bay Area, Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
• Drive profitability and departmental performance
• Recruit, train, and develop department leadership
• Analyze financial statements and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and manufacturers
• Create marketing and merchandising strategies
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dealership General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required
• Automotive dealership leadership experience required
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Prominent record of driving profitability and growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
