Guest ExperienceSet the standard for exceptional hospitality.Engage directly with guests and actively seek feedback.Ensure service standards are consistently followed.Respond professionally to guest concerns and implement solutions.Drive excellent Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) standards. Restaurant PerformanceSet and achieve sales and profitability goals.Manage labor and cost of goods within budget.Oversee FOH and BOH operations.Monitor opening, closing, workstation, and sanitation procedures.Manage supplies, utilities, uniforms, and other operating expenses.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. Safety & ComplianceMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and applicable regulations.Ensure company policies and procedures are understood and followed.Lead the team through operational and organizational changes. What We’re Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:An experienced restaurant manager or hospitality leader.A natural leader who leads by example.Business-minded and comfortable managing sales, labor, and food costs.An excellent communicator and problem solver.Passionate about developing people.Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Experienced with POS and restaurant management systems.Knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation requirements.Fluent in English; Japanese bilingual ability is preferred.Experienced with ramen operations — a plus, but not required. Schedule & RequirementsFull-time positionMinimum 45 hours per weekFlexible availability for AM/PM shiftsWeekend and holiday availability requiredPrimarily indoor restaurant workOccasional exposure to hot/cold environments during kitchen cleaning and sanitationMust be willing to transfer to other Genki Diner locations as business needs require Compensation$75,000–$95,000 per yearCompensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
