Il Cervo is currently looking for an experienced hospitality professional to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo is Food Fight Restaurant Group’s latest restaurant in our growing portfolio of nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• A hospitality-first mindset
• 2 or more years of salaried restaurant management experience
• Experience in leading and training teams of 25 or more employees
• Profit & loss expertise with proven history of revenue growth, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
• Obtain a ServSafe (or equivalent) certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment
