Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day stand operations
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Brewistas and Shift Leads
• Drive stand performance, staffing, food safety, inventory, and profitability
• Foster a fun, energetic, and positive culture
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements

We're looking for an energetic leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a workplace where people thrive.

• General Manager experience in restaurants, QSR, coffee, or hospitality
• A passion for developing people
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• A hands-on leadership style
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build something special
