Qualifications
- Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurants with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.)
- Strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence
Responsibilities
Instill the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivate them to go above and beyond, so each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure the restaurant is successful.
Ensure operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant, including managing budgets, staffing, and inventory.
Manage employee relations, conduct performance evaluations, and address issues related to employee morale and productivity.
