Qualifications

• Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurants with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.)
• Strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence

Responsibilities

Instill the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure the restaurant is successful.

Operate and manage the restaurant with total financial and operational responsibility.
