What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years in management positions (preferably restaurant experience, including full service or fast food)
- Self-motivated with a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Culture Creator: work directly with the Assistant Managers to build a culture of excellence where the team is happy to be there and knows what they are doing
- Must Love Team Building: Work to continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members. Hands-on involvement with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, and evaluating performance
- Eager Learner: constantly seeking to improve personal and team skills
- Focused on product quality and Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
- Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste/pilferage
Position Details:
- This is a full-time position requiring 50 hours worked per week and may require more hours during peak seasons
