Responsibilities
- Communicates with on-duty Associate and Assistant Managers operational issues concerning the quality of service, cleanliness, and efficient operations.
- Ensures the timeliness of financial and operational deadlines.
- Makes sure the restaurant's operations are profitable and addresses any deficiencies.
- Identifies areas needing improvement within the operation and takes corrective action.
- Aids in developing all managers and potential managers within the company for future growth.
- Interviews every potential staff member through a multi-step process.
- Maintains the staff training program and ensures its completion and adherence.
- Maintains the safety and security of guests by following the company's Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.
- Treats all guests and staff with dignity and respect.
- Holds monthly Associate and Assistant Manager meetings in their restaurant.
- Performs one inventory per month with an Associate Manager.
- Maintains the safety and security of the restaurant and its managers and is listed on the Security System Provider Contact List.
- Serves as a company spokesperson.
- Bends at the waist and lifts items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Moves items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
- Remains standing and active for a 12-hour shift, including going up and down stairs.
