This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Aimbridge Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by the franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
About the Role
Join our team as a General Manager and lead the charge in operations, maximize financial results, and maintain top-notch service levels while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You’ll drive sales strategies, manage budgets, and create unforgettable guest experiences. If you have strong leadership skills, a knack for systems, and a passion for hospitality, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Boost revenue, control costs, and manage finances to ensure profitability.
- Develop and execute sales plans, champion the budget, and secure large accounts to drive bookings.
- Utilize reports and technology to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve issues with a positive attitude, and create five-star memories.
- Inspire, support, and lead the team through coaching and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Build strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders as the hotel’s ambassador.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Pay
$75,000 - $80,000 per year.
