Duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Lead your team towards a common goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
- Staff the store, submit paperwork, manage food, schedule shifts, maintain image standards, ensure store cleanliness, and promote the business.
- Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical decisions.
- Direct team activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work under stress.
- Handle customer orders, field concerns, and greet customers enthusiastically.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
- Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
- Take inventory, stock ingredients, and process telephone orders.
- Navigate delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and private homes, using navigational skills.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
- Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Physical Requirements
- Perform daily tasks from a standing position, primarily on your feet.
- Work in environments with heights between 36" and 4”, and on walking surfaces including ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum.
- Occasionally lift and stack products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Utilize hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
- Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, or use stairs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
