About the role

You know every moving part of a hotel—from front desk flow to P&L glow. You lead with heart, manage with precision, and believe guest experience and financial results should rise together.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
• Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance
• Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step)
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
• A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
• Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest moments

Pay

$120,000 to $125,000 per year
