Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Direct responsibility for P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and margins.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Five years of Basic Plumbing, Operations, Management, and Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Ability to generate sales growth. Strong sales generation ability and financial performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Target Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan.
