- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales and operational goals. - Ensure staff maintain strong knowledge of club programs, amenities, and equipment. - Foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere that delivers an exceptional member experience. - Execute and support company programs and promotions to drive new membership growth.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team. - Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach. - Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction.

Position Details
