Your Role as a Crumbl Leader
- Lead an exceptional team of high-performing individuals, inspiring them to deliver the best desserts and customer experience possible.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members, develop leaders within your crew, and drive key performance indicators to achieve both short-term wins and long-term growth.
- Oversee production quality, cleanliness, scheduling, and labor management to ensure that every shift runs efficiently and every customer leaves delighted.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and forecast product needs, all while creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Model the accountability and professionalism that make Crumbl the industry leader it is today.
