General Manager
About the Role
Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. This opportunity offers a unique path to franchise ownership without requiring upfront capital. Investors—current franchisees—fund the market, and you run it: managing people, P&L, and performance. As the business grows and hits its numbers, you buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee. You’ll start on a base salary with uncapped profit share, directly tied to market performance.
This is a performance-driven path to ownership, designed for individuals who want to build and own a business in their community.

- Recruit, develop, and retain strong employees while enforcing standard operating procedures.
- Drive measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment.
- Handle sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level.
- Maintain full accountability for results, including addressing challenges proactively.
