About the Opportunity

For the right individual, this is the American Dream. Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. Normally, opening a new market requires paying the franchise fee and fronting the capital to launch. While we welcome candidates positioned to do that, we also offer an alternative path for those without immediate capital.

A group of Crawlspace Medic franchisees (investors who’ve seen the system’s success) will fund the market. You run it—managing people, P&L, and performance. As the business grows and hits its numbers, you buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee, owning the business outright. This model has succeeded 35 times already.

You’ll start on a base salary with uncapped profit share on top. It’s performance-driven: the better the market performs, the more you earn, and the closer you move toward ownership.

Requirements

What We Need From You:

• A track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment
• Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong people
• Discipline to have hard conversations early, not after they’ve festered
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level
• Comfort being held fully accountable for results
• Hunger for feedback and improvement, not validation
• Grit to operate under pressure without losing focus

Physical Demands

• Crawl on hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces
• Maneuver in confined areas
• Handle light hand tools as needed

If getting dirty and crawling under houses isn’t something you’re willing to do, this isn’t the right fit.

Benefits

• Full-time, W-2, salary exempt position

Pay

Expected earnings for A-players:

• Year 1: ~$85,000
• Year 2: ~$100,000–$110,000
• Year 3: ~$125,000–$135,000

These figures exclude the value of ownership once you buy in.
