About the Opportunity

For the right individual, this is the American Dream. Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. Normally, opening a new market requires paying the franchise fee and fronting the capital to launch. We welcome candidates positioned to do that, but we also offer another path: investors—current franchisees who’ve seen the system’s success—are ready to fund a new market. What they lack is someone to run it. That’s where you come in.

A group of Crawlspace Medic franchisees fund the market. You run it—the people, the P&L, the performance, all of it. As the business grows and hits its numbers, you buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee. You own it. We’ve successfully executed this model 35 times. You’ll start on a base salary with uncapped profit share on top. It’s performance-driven: the better the market performs, the more you earn, and the closer you move toward ownership.

We’re a blue-collar business built in the dirt—literally. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be selling, coaching your team, and crawling under houses for inspections until you’ve built a team to handle the work. A-players come from diverse backgrounds—veterans, ministry leaders, equipment sales reps, former athletes, and more. No single resume guarantees success here. What matters is character: servant-hearted leadership, a willingness to do the work before delegating, and the grit to be the last line of accountability when things go wrong. Requirements

• Track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment
• Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong people
• Discipline to have hard conversations early, not after they’ve festered
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level
• Comfort being held fully accountable for results
• Hunger for feedback and improvement, not validation
• Grit to operate under pressure without losing focus

Physical Demands

• Expect to crawl on hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces
• Maneuver in confined areas
• Handle light hand tools as needed

If getting dirty and crawling under houses isn’t something you’re willing to do, this isn’t the right fit.

• Full-time, W-2, salary exempt position

Pay

What You Can Expect To Earn As An A-player:

• Year 1: ~$85,000
• Year 2: ~$100,000–$110,000
• Year 3: ~$125,000–$135,000

These figures exclude the value of ownership once you buy in.
